Credits are the unit of AI consumption in SquadOS. Each message processed by an agent consumes credits proportional to the model used and the length of the conversation.

Does the price change as my team grows?
No. You pay for AI usage volume, regardless of how many users are on the account. Larger teams don't pay more just for being larger.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade directly from the dashboard without talking to anyone. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I run out of credits?
Your agents stop responding until the next cycle begins or until you add more credits. We never charge you automatically beyond your plan. The decision is always yours.
