Can the agent answer questions about my specific course content?

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?
Two things: the agent informs the student it doesn't have the information right now (or asks them to wait), and AutoLearn logs the question for you to fill the gap later. You can also configure the agent to trigger human handoff in those cases.

Does SquadOS integrate with my course platform?
SquadOS does not have native integration with course platforms like Hotmart, Kiwify, or Teachable. The agent operates via WhatsApp, Telegram, or other configured channels. Platform data (access, progress) would need to be passed via API or added manually to the knowledge base.
