  • Can the agent explain concepts from my course, or does it just repeat what's in the material?

    It doesn't recite literal passages. The agent uses the indexed material as reference, then reorganizes the information, gives alternative examples, and adapts the explanation to the student's questions. If the student didn't get it one way, it tries another.

  • Does SquadOS integrate with the course platform where my content is hosted?

    There's no native integration with platforms like Hotmart, Kiwify, or Teachable, and that isn't a problem. You add the course content to the SquadOS knowledge base via file upload, text, or URL crawl. From there the agent works on the channels you configure: WhatsApp, Telegram, or your site widget.

  • How do human tutors know when to step in?

    They don't have to watch a queue. When the agent triggers human handoff, it pauses the AI and can notify a tutor via webhook. Tutors can also view and take over any conversation right from the SquadOS panel, and hand it back to the agent when they're done.

  • Which channel does the agent work on: inside the course platform or outside?
