Conversation stages
In All conversations, Studio gathers the conversations from every folder. Use View to switch between List and Board.
The stages
Section titled “The stages”| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Waiting for you | Studio stopped and needs you: an answer, some information, a plan approval, or a permission |
| Running | Studio is working right now |
| Inactive | The conversation is idle, with nothing in progress |
| Interrupted | The work was interrupted before it finished |
| Failed | The last turn ended with an error |
| Completed | The requested work was delivered |
On the Board, each stage is a column. In the List, conversations are grouped by state or by date (Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Older).
When a conversation is waiting for you, the sidebar shows Conversations are waiting for you, and the conversation shows the reason: Answer needed, Information needed, Plan approval, or Permission needed.
Filter and organize
Section titled “Filter and organize”- In Filter → Show, choose Active, Archived, or All.
- Each folder is a project in the list. In the project menu, use Pin folder to the top, Start in this project, or Archive every conversation.
- A folder that no longer exists on the computer shows as Folder unavailable.
