Affiliate Program

The SquadOS affiliate program pays a 20% lifetime commission on every referral that becomes a customer — forever, for as long as the subscription stays active. Anyone who uses your coupon also gets 15% off for 3 months, which makes the referral easier.

This page covers the full flow: request access, get approved, set up your coupon and payout method, and track everything from the dashboard.

How it works

1. You request access to the program and tell us how you plan to promote SquadOS.
2. The team reviews your request and approves it (you get an email).
3. You pick your coupon and payout method.
4. You share the coupon and earn a 20% lifetime commission on every active subscription that comes from you.

Requesting access

Open the affiliate page while logged in. Before any form, you’ll see how the program works — the 20% lifetime commission, the 15% discount for your referral, and the three steps.

Click Solicitar acesso ao programa (Request program access) to open the form. It’s short, with just two fields:

• Você é (You are) — pick the profile that best describes you: Agência / Gestor de IA (Agency / AI Manager), Criador de Conteúdo (Content Creator), Infoprodutor (Info-product Creator), or Outro (Other).
• Como você vai divulgar o SquadOS? (How will you promote SquadOS?) — describe in free text where you plan to promote it (your channels, community, customer base, etc.).

Click Solicitar aprovação no programa de afiliados (Request approval) to submit. Your request stays in the Solicitação em análise (Under review) state until the team reviews it — you’re notified by email as soon as it’s approved. If your request isn’t approved, you can submit a new one anytime.

Setting up your profile (after approval)

Once approved, opening the affiliate area takes you to the Complete seu perfil de afiliado (Complete your affiliate profile) screen. This is where your coupon is actually created.

Fill in:

• Escolha seu código de cupom (Choose your coupon code) — the code your referrals will use. Use only uppercase letters and numbers, 3 to 24 characters (e.g. MARIA10). It must be unique.
• Forma de pagamento (Payout method) — PayPal (enter your PayPal email) or Pix (enter your Pix key).

Click Ativar minha conta de afiliado (Activate my affiliate account). Done — your coupon is issued and the dashboard unlocks.

Tracking your commissions

The affiliate dashboard brings together your coupon, your metrics, and the full ledger.

• Seu cupom (Your coupon) — your unique code, with a Copiar (Copy) button and a ready-to-share message (also copyable).
• Empresas indicadas (Referred companies) — how many organizations came from your coupon.
• MRR indicado (Referred MRR) — the recurring revenue from your referrals over the last 30 days.
• Comissão do mês (This month’s commission) — how much commission you’ve accrued in the current month.
• Saldo a receber (Balance due) — the total per currency, split into four states:
  • Em processamento (Clearing) — commission within the 30-day holding period after the invoice is paid.
  • Disponível (Available) — past the holding period and ready to be paid.
  • Pago (Paid) — already transferred to you.
  • Estornado (Reversed) — reversed (e.g. a refund or chargeback on the source invoice).
• Extrato de comissões (Commission ledger) — one row per paid invoice: date, organization, invoice amount, your commission, and the status.
• Histórico de pagamentos (Payout history) — each batch paid, with date, amount, method, and reference.

How the commission is calculated

The commission is 20% of every paid invoice from an organization you referred. Attribution is permanent: once an organization joins through your coupon, it stays linked to you. Each commission is clearing for 30 days (holding period) before it becomes available — this covers potential refunds. Payouts of available commissions are handled by the SquadOS team and show up in the Payout history.
